Post-storm assessment checklist for evaluating structural and content damage to your property.

Do not enter the structure if you suspect structural damage

Check for downed power lines and gas leaks before approaching

Document exterior damage: roof, windows, siding, gutters

Check interior for water intrusion, ceiling damage, and flooding

Cover roof breaches with tarps to prevent further water damage

Board up broken windows for security
